Should someone sign up to be an affiliate partner of https://oneredhill.com – they should be able to create / receive discount code and affiliate link to promote to their followers / customers / friends / visitors / businesses etc, whether it be on their shop front, or social media, emails, websites, video / blogs etc.
From between October 2024 and 31/12/2028 should that affiliate attract 500 customers to successfully complete a purchase at https://oneredhill.com which does not incur any refund or cash back or replacement items, the that 500th customer will receive a $500 One Red Hill gift card from https://oneredhill.com to spend on whatever they would like at https://oneredhill.com
Should that affiliate attract 2,000 customers to successfully complete a purchase at https://oneredhill.com which does not incur any refund or cash back or replacement items, the that 2,000th customer will receive either a $500 One Red Hill gift card from https://oneredhill.com to spend on whatever they would like at https://oneredhill.com
That affiliates 500th / 2,000th customers will be contacted via email notifying them of them being the 500th / 2,000th customer. Should the 500th or 2,000th customer not be contactable, or we have not received return correspondence within a month of contacting that said customer, or if the 500th / 2,000th customer would be aggressive, violent, or abusive, or insist on requirements outside of what https://oneredhill.com has put forth which is not acceptable to https://oneredhill.com or any of its owners / representatives, Then One Red Hill reserves the unconditional right to refuse that specific customer from receiving the gift for being the 500th / 2,000th customer, and thereby unconditionally reserves the right to reward the gift to the 501st / 2,001st customer, and likewise same conditions to the 501st / 2,001st customer as with the 500th / 2,000th customer, and in the event of having similar issues with the 501st / 2,001st customer, then One Red Hill reserves the unconditional right to refuse that gift to the 501st / 2,001st customer – and then reward it to the 502nd / 2,002nd customer, and likewise to the 502nd / 2,002nd to the / 503rd / 2,003rd and the 504th / 2,004th and so forth.
Gifts are not exchangeable for cash ( Cash is King ).
Gifts will not be exchanged for alternative gifts other than what is stated in these conditions.
Gifts will not exceed the $ value of what is stated in these condition.
Promotion is between October 2024 and 31/12/2028
In the unlikely event that an affiliate does not reach 500 completed customer sales by 30/6/2029, then no gift card will be provided to any customer for any amount of customers by that affiliate, nor will there be any gift of holiday be given out to any customer of that affiliate.
If an affiliate attract more than 500 successfully completed customer purchases but less than 2,000 customer sales by 31/12/2028, then only the 500th customer of that specific affiliate will be given a $500 gift card.
The over all 5,000th customer and the 10,000th customer who successfully completes a purchases at https://oneredhill.com without needing a refund or return will receive a $5,000 gift card, or an Aussie holiday up to the value of but not exceeding $5,000 which could be used on flights – accommodation – car hire.
Gift recipients will be notified by email of their gifts, and agree to the condition of receiving the gift that they would be used in the promotion of One Red Hill advertising, this would include photos of them, their first name, and the suburb of where they are from / live, and the gift that they have received. Their information maybe made available online and in the store / affiliate where they originally used that discount code / affiliate link for promotional purposes.
These conditions are subject to change without notice at any time for reasons of clarity or legality reasons.
